An apple a day, they say, keeps the doctor away. Perhaps. And with Rosslyn’s orchard festooned in ripening apples, perhaps doctors will be unnecessary despite a creeping uptick in COVID cases among some friends and familiars.
Doctors or no doctors, apple adage or not, a quiet moment overlooking the still coalescing icehouse rehabilitation from a comfortable chair in the shade while crunching a flavorful organic apple was a perfect way to restore perspective. And calm. And gratitude.
